We are looking at a 10-ton  blast freezer that operates with a screw compressor and an ammonia refrigerant.  In this case, the compressor and system elements are integrated within a 20-foot container, with an evaporative condenser installed above.

IQF (Individual Quick Frozen) in a Spiral, Straight Belt or Levitation Application.

For shrimp, fish, fruits and vegetables.

Freezes products with a minimum of dehydration.
Capacities of between 500 and 2,500 pounds per hour.
Refrigeration systems designed specifically for IQF.
Diverse types of belt materials are available according to the product handled.

COLD STORAGE BUILDINGS

Large cold storage buildings for frozen products play an important role in the export process.  They allow large volumes to be kept secure for future sale and shipment.
